Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Exchange Programs Committee:

1. Organizes informational meetings for students to enhance mobility within the department’s Student Exchange Programs (Erasmus+, Mevlana, Farabi).
2. Identifies problems experienced by exchange program students and provides solution proposals.
3. Holds a meeting in the second week of May each year to evaluate the academic year. The report it prepares is submitted to the Coordination Committee by the end of May.
4. May convene at different times when necessary.
