SCIENTIFIC PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE

Duties and Responsibilities of the Scientific Project Steering Committee:

1. At the beginning of each Fall semester, the committee organizes an informational meeting for 3rd-year students about TÜBİTAK undergraduate projects, BAP projects, and project funding opportunities offered by other institutions and organizations.
2. Provides guidance to students who wish to write and submit project proposals.
3. Holds a meeting in the second week of May each year to evaluate the academic year. The report it prepares is submitted to the Coordination Committee by the end of May.
4. May convene at different times when necessary.
