Students and academics of the Çarşamba Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences came together for the second annual iftar program held at the faculty this year. Organized with the contributions of the students and coordinated by Dr. Sevgi Akkoyun, the event took place in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Emphasizing a sense of unity and togetherness, students and academics shared the same table, experiencing the spiritual ambiance of the Ramadan month together.
The iftar program was attended by the Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Serbestoğlu, along with Vice Deans Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Özkan Özer Keskin and Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Cumhur Kaygusuz, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Murat Aydın, and faculty members from the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, including Prof. Dr. Rıza Karagöz.
The iftar gathering, which brought faculty members together, was regarded as a meaningful event that strengthened communication between students and academics outside the academic environment and reinforced the culture of solidarity within the faculty. Accompanied by friendly conversations, the program concluded with the satisfaction of all participants.
