Informative Presentation on TÜBİTAK 2209-A Held in Çarşamba
An informative presentation on the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for University Students was delivered at the Çarşamba Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences by Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Gürbüz, a faculty member of Ondokuz Mayıs University’s Faculty of Engineering. The event drew significant attention from students of both the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (ÇİTBF) and the Faculty of Communication.

During the presentation, undergraduate students received comprehensive information about TÜBİTAK 2209-A projects, including project writing processes, evaluation criteria, and the academic contributions such projects provide. In a highly engaging and informative atmosphere, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Gürbüz emphasized that project writing at the undergraduate level is crucial not only academically but also for personal and professional development. He noted that cultivating a strong project culture across universities would significantly benefit both institutional growth and the scientific future of the country.
At the end of the event, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Gürbüz was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Prof. Dr. Onur Bekiroğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Communication, while Prof. Dr. İbrahim Serbestoğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presented a commemorative gift in honor of the day.
